Refund policy

No refunds, store credit only!

We only offer store credit; no refunds are available.

To request store credit, please contact us via email at canbe@canbebyx.com. Store credit requests must be made within 5 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests submitted after this period will be denied.

Returned merchandise must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and must show no signs of wear or odor. The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. Items that display any signs of wear will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense, with no exceptions.

Merchandise marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return or store credit, no exceptions. Returns for store credit may incur a 15-20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
